Working with Fascia

Fascia plays a central role in structure, movement, pain relief, whole body communication and regulation.

It works with the human energy fields and together demonstrate adaptive responses and regenerative processes operating at a cellular level.

Fascia responds best to a gentle and precise touch, which is how we teach you to get results in clinic.

In this training, the focus is not on force, but on precision and response -working with tissue in a way that supports the body to create change with its innate wisdom to self-heal,  rather than trying to make it change through force or prolonged pressure.

Light, precise touch stimulates a powerful and effective rest–repair response and works with patterns of restriction at the deepest level.

This approach addresses:

  • Pain (acute and chronic)
  • Movement and restriction
  • Breath capacity
  • Digestion and sleep
  • Energy and recovery
  • Hormonal balance
  • Nervous System Regulation
  • Mental & Emotional balance
  • Injury rehab & prevention

It also supports a reconnection between mind, body and breath, which becomes essential for longer-term change.

learning to communicate the work

Being an excellent practitioner isn’t only about what you can feel with your hands or the techniques you know. It’s also being able to clearly communicate your work, why you’re choosing a particular approach and how this may help your clients.
Throughout the six months, you’ll have dedicated Practitioner Communication Labs connected directly to what you’re learning that month. You’ll learn how to translate complex anatomy, fascia, breathwork and traditional frameworks into language clients can understand, while developing confident, ethical communication that doesn’t diagnose, overpromise or take agency away from the client, but does give you the confidence to market yourself on social media and attract clients to your practice.
By the end of the training, you won’t only know how to do the work. You’ll know how to talk about it with confidence.

Spinal Nerve & Liniment Treatment

You will learn a structured hands-on protocol for working along the back & spine, integrating touch to the 5 physical layers of the body, with the application of a traditional herbal liniment.

This work engages the nervous system directly through physical input.

It is particularly supportive for:

  • Postural patterns
  • Nervous system dysregulation
  • Chronic tension and fatigue
  • Digestive function
  • Nerves, anxiety, agitation, overwhelm

Changes happen within the session, both structurally and in the overall state of being.

THE LENS YOU DEVELOP

Alongside techniques, you’ll refine how you see and respond to clients looking at structure, energy, function, mental and emotional layers.
You’ll learn:• To track patterns and rhythms of dysregulation across the whole system• To work with fascia, nerves, and lymph as interconnected systems• To use subtle yet effective touch input, while achieving more profound results• To deepen the art of listening with hands• To respond to changes in cardiovascular and nervous system communication pathways• Palpation assessment techniques• In-depth consultation process to accurately map root cause presentations• Effective ‘post care’ joint mobilisation and rehabilitation

This is a clinical treatment approach that relies on timing, attention, and accuracy not effort.

Breathwork

Breathwork is taught as a practical component that can be used to help clients with optimal breathing through functional breath patterns This facilitation can be delivered online or in-person and in small groups.  We also encourage combining it with tailored bodywork sessions.

We teach our own style of conscious connected Breathing, designed specifically to be supportive, gentle and therapeutic, and delivered for short periods of time, Integrating ‘slow release’ Breathwork into bodywork sessions helps minimise pain presentations, encourages vitality and down-regulates the nervous system.

Breathwork training includes:

  • Slow release breathwork for regulation and unwinding
  • Functional breathing to support structure, bio-chemistry, bio-mechanics and physiology
  • Application within 1:1 sessions and when working with two clients or a small group.

    COACHING

EMBODIED insight coaching tracks the body’s intelligence, translates sensation into clarity, and guides clients from their thoughts, to pattern recognition to embodied change.

SOMATIC COACHING, NERVOUS SYSTEM MAPPING & REGULATION

Working with the body and breath creates an opening. Clients often want space to talk and process what else is happening in their lives, emotionally and mentally.
Through some basic and effective coaching techniques we can support clients to explore their thinking, feeling, goals and decision making processes. What’s happened in the past. Where they are now. What wants to change. Where they want to go.

This is where we help them step into choice, embodiment, and empowerment – and start creating their lives without the beliefs, habits, or patterns they’ve been carrying from the past.

You’ll learn simple & effective coaching tools:

        • Working with inner conflict and decision making.
        • A short, sharp series of questions that bring clarity quickly.
        • General embodied insight coaching for life, work, relationships
Everything is designed to help people move through what they’re holding in their bodies and their minds – powerfully, and with precision.

“Natasha has this rare combination of deep anatomical knowledge and an ability to teach in a way that lands in your body, not just your head. She doesn’t teach theory — she teaches application. Every tool I learned, I could use immediately. And the way she holds space? It’s like being seen and challenged at the same time. She expects mastery, and somehow that makes you rise to it.”

    Sama

    Yoga Teacher & Retreat Leader

“I’ve done a lot of trainings, and most of them give you a certificate and send you on your way. This was different. Natasha doesn’t just teach you what to do — she shows you how to think, how to track, how to trust what you’re seeing in a client’s system. I left feeling like a completely different practitioner.”
