Laura Martin

I am a trauma release facilitator based in Scotland, specialising in working with burnout.  I work with people who have been juggling lots of balls for too long and despite external success are experiencing symptoms such as headaches, racing thoughts, and anxiety.  My expertise centers around using the TRM method to get underneath the surface and work with nervous system regulation, somatic healing, and releasing trauma stored in the body to treat the causes of the behaviours and beliefs that lead to burnout.  So that people can finally break free from burnout and reclaim their full potential.

Joanne Bull

After experiencing burnout in my thirties, I started my own healing journey. Now twenty years later, I support clients as a therapist, teacher and coach. I offer a supportive space so you can feel seen and heard. Slowly, over time you can let go of what you’ve been carrying in your body, and mind which may have held you trapped in past trauma. As we co-create your sessions, going at your pace, you create your ‘window of tolerance’ building your resilience. A client recently said after having worked with me, ‘I am much happier and more hopeful for the future’. If you are ready to commit to your own healing journey, get in touch for a no-obligation chat.

Takako Elliott

Having been a trauma informed coach for the last few years, I’ve realised just how much trauma is held in the body.  It shows up as an inability to breathe properly, a pain in the lower back, a numbness in their toes; amongst many other things. And becoming a TRM facilitator has deepened my ability to support clients in releasing whatever’s been held in their body through gentle touch – sending signals for the body to heal itself.  It’s an absolute privilege for me to hold space for people to start releasing their trauma, and my intention with all of this work is for everyone to live with more mental and physical freedom in their lives.

Fleur Wotton-Peacock

Fleur is a Berlin-based Trauma Release Facilitator and Coach with over 15 years’ experience in health and transformation. After her own cancer journey, she developed a deep understanding of what she calls ‘The Afterlife‘. The complicated terrain after a major life crisis, where the outside world expects recovery, but the inside still feels stuck.

Fleur works with anyone who senses there is more available to them but feels held back by the weight of what they’ve been through. Using the TRM method and nervous system regulation, she helps clients release stored trauma, reconnect with themselves, and find the courage to want more.
