A Two-Day Advanced Bodywork Training
14th & 15th SEPTEMBER | Richmond
A HANDS ON TRAINING IN PRECISION, NOT FORCE
This is a two-day, technique-based training for experienced practitioners who want to refine how they work with fascia, the nervous system, and the body’s deeper communication pathways. There is an option to book for both days, or one.
You’ll learn to use tools you can apply immediately in the clinic, while also developing a more refined way of treating and responding to what’s happening in your client’s body.
The work brings together traditional Eastern frameworks and modern understanding of fascia, lymphatics, and the nervous system, taught through direct, hands-on application and ancient scarf work.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This training is for practitioners who are already working with the body and want to add to their toolkit.
You might recognise this point in your practice:
- Your results are good, but not always consistent
- Sessions can feel effortful or physically demanding
- You want tools that address layers previously unmet with your current modality.
This course is designed for:
- Massage therapists
- Osteopaths and physiotherapists
- Bodyworkers and manual therapists
- Yoga teachers and movement practitioners
- Reiki or energy practitioners working hands-on
You’ll need an existing practice and a relevant qualification. This is not suitable for beginners.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN IN PRACTICE
This is a technique-based course. You’ll leave with tools you can use immediately.
You’ll learn:
- Scarf-based traction, vibration and massage techniques
- Fascial release and myofascial stretching without force
- Integrated lymphatic drainage approaches
- Targeted work with neurovascular bundles (including brachial plexus)
- Subtle techniques for regulating the nervous system through touch
- Pulse-based assessment and treatment for pain, injury, hormonal balance
- Nervous system regulation approached through an ancient & eastern lens
All techniques are taught in a way that integrates into your existing modality, whether you work on a table, on the floor, or combine approaches.

THE LENS YOU DEVELOP
Alongside techniques, you’ll refine how you see and respond to the body.
Layers. Pathways. Creating Space. Vibration. Fluid movement.
You’ll learn to:
- Track patterns and rhythms of dysregulation across the whole system
- Work with fascia, nerves, and lymph as interconnected systems
- Use subtle yet effective touch input, while achieving more profound results
- Deepen the art of listening with hands
- Respond to changes in cardiovascular and nervous system communication pathways
This is a clinical treatment approach that relies on timing, attention, and accuracy not effort.
DAY 1 THE NECK
The neck is one of the most common sites of pain, restriction, and nervous system guarding, and one of the most rewarding areas to work with when approached correctly.
You’ll learn:
- Scarf-based traction, massage and vibrational techniques
- Fascial release and myofascial stretching
- Lymphatic drainage for the head and neck
- Vagus nerve and nervous system regulation approaches
- Targeted work with the brachial plexus
By the end of the day, you’ll be able to:
- Work confidently with complex neck presentations
- Reduce tension and guarding without force
- Integrate multiple systems into a single, coherent treatment

DAY 2 THE WINDGATES
This is subtle work at the level of the viscera, heart and nervous system.
Precise, Nuanced and highly responsive.
You’ll learn how to feel and work with cardiovascular and neurovascular rhythms in the body, including the heart and mother pulse and descending aorta.
From an Eastern perspective, these correspond to SEN – pathways that relate closely to nerve bundles, lymphatic flow, and visceral movement.
You’ll learn to:
- Track pulse and rhythm through the body
- Work with neurovascular pathways as integrated systems
- Support regulation of the nervous system through subtle touch
- Engage with deeper patterns affecting pain, hormones, digestion, and emotional states
For the practitioner, this work is light, efficient, and highly specific.
For the client, the effects are immediate and effective

On their own, each is going to help you deliver incredible results for clients. You’ll leave either day with techniques you can use the next morning in clinic.
But when you work them together: fascia, nerve, lymph and pulse they stop being separate tools and can become a complete treatment, targeting the most common imbalances – hormones, nervous system digestive and pain/restriction.
Come for one day if you only want one of these tools, come for both if you want the full training.
“Natasha has this rare combination of deep anatomical knowledge and an ability to teach in a way that lands in your body, not just your head. She doesn’t teach theory — she teaches application. Every tool I learned, I could use immediately. And the way she holds space? It’s like being seen and challenged at the same time. She expects mastery, and somehow that makes you rise to it.”
“I’ve done a lot of trainings, and most of them give you a certificate and send you on your way. This was different. Natasha doesn’t just teach you what to do — she shows you how to think, how to track, how to trust what you’re seeing in a client’s system. I left feeling like a completely different practitioner.”
WHAT CHANGES AFTER THIS TRAINING?
You’ll return to your practice able to:
- Treat persistent pain and mobility restrictions effectively
- Work with less physical effort and strain on your own body
- Integrate fascia, nerve, and lymphatic work into one approach
- Achieve results that are both immediate and lasting
Clients notice the difference immediately. They come back, and refer others.
